PNC Bank President David Boyle to Present Michigan Turnaround Plan to Lansing  Economic Club on March 25

PNC Bank President David Boyle will present a plan developed by Michigan's largest employers to make Michigan a top ten state, during the next meeting of the Economic Club of Greater Lansing on March 25.

"It's on every businessperson's mind: What is it going to take to turn the economy around, create good paying jobs, and put Michigan back on top," said Boyle.

Michigan's 76 largest employers, representing more than 300,000 Michigan employees, have joined forces as Business Leaders for Michigan.  The group is calling on state lawmakers to act now on changes seen as vital for the future of Michigan's job providers and for stabilizing state government finances.  Boyle, who serves as a board member of Business Leaders for Michigan will discuss the Michigan Turnaround Plan, a comprehensive agenda aimed as making Michigan a top ten state for long-term job and economic growth.

David Boyle is President of PNC Bank (formerly National City), Michigan and Northwest Ohio banking region.  Boyle is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Detroit Public Schools Foundation, Detroit Regional Chamber, First Tee of Michigan, Southwest Michigan First, The Parade Company Foundation and Yatooma's Foundation for Kids.
