The Inter-Governmental benchmarking study compares the Greater Lansing region to other similar communities across the country. The study looks at factors including: employee’s per capita, expenditures per capita, revenues per capita, and several other demographic and economic factors. The report is designed to assist in assessing regional cooperation, service-sharing and consolidation opportunities.
