Dow Chemical Executive George Biltz Featured as Luncheon Speaker at Lansing Economic Club on September 10
The Dow Chemical Company executive George Biltz will be the featured speaker at the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC) Economic Club Luncheon scheduled as follows:

George Biltz is corporate vice president, Strategic Development & Planning, for The Dow Chemical Company. On an enterprise-wide basis, he is accountable for the development and implementation of the corporate strategy and long-range planning. He is responsible for the evaluation of all businesses with the goal of defining how best to maximize their long-term value to the corporate portfolio while prioritizing corporate resources corporate policy.
Biltz' speech on September 10 is titled A New Path Forward: Manufacturing Innovation and Its Role in Renewing Michigan. Biltz will challenge leaders in government, higher education and business to join forces in developing a strategy for Michigan's future. Biltz will explore what he says must be the four building blocks in such a strategy; technology, energy, environment and manufacturing.
The Economic Club Luncheon is sponsored by Fraser, Trebilcock, Davis & Dunlap PLC. Tickets prices are $40 for individual tickets and $300 for tables of eight. Tickets include lunch.
