The Home Builders Association of Greater Lansing and MSU Federal Credit Union presents the 2014 Parade of Homes. Visitors can tour homes built by the area’s finest builders that feature the latest in construction, design and decorating techniques.

WHO: Those who want inspiration for their next home build or renovation project, or anyone who wants to view the latest home design trends.

WHAT: The Home Builders Association of Greater Lansing and MSU Federal Credit Union presents the 2014 Parade of Homes. Visitors can tour homes built by the area’s finest builders that feature the latest in construction, design and decorating techniques.

WHEN:
Thursday, May 29 through Sunday, June 1
Thursday, June 5 through Sunday, June 8
1 to 6 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday
6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday & Friday

WHERE: All Parade Home locations are listed at www.hbalansing.com. An official 2014 Parade of Homes guidebook is also available for download at www.hbalansing.com beginning May 29.

COST: $10 Adult; $5 Children (ages 12 & under) *
* Tickets can be purchased at every Parade Home and at all 11 convenient MSUFCU locations beginning May 29.

WHY: The public is invited to tour 21 newly constructed homes and two remodeled projects. There are also three conceptual remodeled projects that can be viewed online only. Visitors will find a wide range of sizes and styles with prices ranging from the low $200,000s to $1.4 million. Builders will be onsite to answer specific questions about their home. Some of the homes will be for sale.

“As visitors tour these homes, they’ll experience the latest in high-tech home automation coupled with trendy designs like gourmet kitchens, dramatic stone floor to ceiling fireplaces, functional loft spaces and more,” said Cindy Kosloski, Chief Executive Officer of HBA of Greater Lansing.

New homes are open both weekends and remodeled homes are open the second weekend only. View the conceptual remodeled projects online at www.hbalansing.com once the Parade starts. 

The Home Builders Association of Greater Lansing has proudly presented the Parade of Homes since 1957. This annual event promotes homeownership, professionalism and increases the public’s awareness of its members who have been building Lansing neighborhoods since 1944.

The HBA of Greater Lansing is a professional, non-profit trade association comprised of builders, remodelers, subcontractors and suppliers to the home building and remodeling industry.
