WHAT: The Home Builders Association of Greater Lansing and MSU Federal Credit Union presents the 2014 Parade of Homes. Visitors can tour homes built by the area’s finest builders that feature the latest in construction, design and decorating techniques.

WHY: The public is invited to tour 21 newly constructed homes and two remodeled projects. There are also three conceptual remodeled projects that can be viewed online only. Visitors will find a wide range of sizes and styles with prices ranging from the low $200,000s to $1.4 million. Builders will be onsite to answer specific questions about their home. Some of the homes will be for sale.
“As visitors tour these homes, they’ll experience the latest in high-tech home automation coupled with trendy designs like gourmet kitchens, dramatic stone floor to ceiling fireplaces, functional loft spaces and more,” said Cindy Kosloski, Chief Executive Officer of HBA of Greater Lansing.
