Executive Chef Jose Romero, alongside General Manager Tony Philip, both MSU Alumni, collaborated to feature original menu items by utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef Jose is a Michigan Native whose passion for excellence has been his goal throughout his extensive career. Using his experience working in smaller kitchens as a stepping stone for his development into the chef he is today, Jose honed his skills under award-winning gastronomic masters, igniting his passion to create culinary excellence.
