On August 28, 2015, Trooper Chad Wolf was killed in the line of duty when his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle. He is survived by his wife and four children. Fifty percent of the profits from this fundraiser will be directed to the Chad H. Wolf Memorial Fund for the continued financial support of his family.

On September 9, 2015, Firefighter/EMT Dennis Rodeman was collecting donations with his Engine 48 crew for the MDA Fill the Boot campaign when he was intentionally struck and killed by a car. Dennis also served two tours in Iraq with the US Marines. Proceeds will go to support his wife of four months, Katherine, and their unborn baby.
