Mike Reinerth is currently General Motors HR Director of People Systems for North America. His responsibilities include the development of lean people systems, team development, the implementation of best practices, and leadership initiatives for transformation.
Previously Mike held positions as the General Motors HR Director at the Grand Rapids Metal Center, Lansing Grand River Assembly and the EV-1 Lansing Craft Centre Plant.
Additionally he is the past President of the CAMC and the MSU School of Labor and Industrial Relations Employer Advisory Board.
Mike will discuss HR best practices, team development, what to do during downsizing, and transformation initiatives.
