CITY MARKET VOTE A HUGE WIN FOR THE REGION

Lansing City Council's unanimous vote to approve the sale of the Lansing City Market to the Gillespie Group represents a huge victory for all residents in the Lansing region. The Council action paves the way for construction of a new City Market on the riverfront, and development of Gillespie's projects Ballpark North and Marketplace North.
