Dart Container Corporation Executive James Lammers to Discuss Company’s Expansion at Lansing Regional Chamber Economic Club

(Lansing, MI) – The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce Economic Club is pleased to announce that Dart Container Corporation executive James Lammers will keynote the May luncheon with details as follows:

Lammers will be sharing insight into the company’s recent $1 billion acquisition of Solo Cup, its expansion plans in mid-Michigan, and their overall commitment to Michigan. Dart plans to build a new corporate headquarters building and warehouse facility and expand existing buildings on its Alaiedon Township campus to fully integrate Solo Cup corporate and administrative operations into Dart’s Michigan location.. The resulting expansion will offer job opportunities available to Michigan residents, as evidenced by a local job fair that attracted over 400 residents.

James Lammers has been with Dart Container Corporation since 1986, and was named vice president of administration and general counsel in 1993. When Dart acquired Solo Cup Company in 2012, James was named executive vice president of administration. He is involved in Dart Real Estate development activities and also serves as vice president of the Dart Foundation.
