Costerisan Announces New Board of Directors Member
Lansing, MI — Maner
Costerisan is pleased to announce Timothy H. Adams, CPA, ABV has been named a
member of the firm’s Board of Directors effective January 1, 2014.
"I am honored to be named a
member of the firm’s Board of Directors,” said Adams. "I look forward to
helping enhance our firm’s presence in the Lansing community and further
develop our future strategic direction.”
Adams joined Maner Costerisan in
1999 after the firm merged with his former firm, Henderson, Miller &
Robbins, P.C. He currently serves as a principal of the firm and is head of the
taxdepartment. Adams is also a member of the Manufacturing and
Distribution Solutions Committee, CloselyHeld Committee, and is the
leader of the firm’s business valuation practice.
Adams graduated from Michigan
State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He is a member
of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the
Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). In addition, Adams is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) Forensic and
Valuation Services Section (FVS) and Tax Section. He currently resides in
Lansing, Michigan. Adams and his wife, Lori, have three children.
