Announces New Disaster Program Manager
(Saginaw, MI) The American Red Cross has announced the appointment of Joseph Beauchamp, Disaster Program Manager for the Great Lakes Bay Chapter.
Joe is a resident of Bay City. He has an extensive background in criminal justice, emergency services, security and was a fire-fighter for several years. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Sociology from Saginaw Valley State University and completed his Master of Arts Degree in Administrative Services from Saginaw Valley State University in 2013. His experience will certainly be beneficial to the Great Lakes Bay Chapter and the community.
“I welcome Joe to American Red Cross Disaster Services. I am confident that under his leadership the Great Lakes Bay Chapter will grow an already strong disaster preparedness program in the community,” said Joan Meinke, Regional Disaster Program Officer. “I respect Joe’s experience and his enthusiasm for the Red Cross and the services we provide in the Great Lakes Region,” she added.
