PIPER & GOLD PUBLIC RELATIONS EXPANDS AND MOVES TO OLD TOWN, LANSING

LANSING, MI - As Piper & Gold Public Relations welcomes a new team member, the Lansing-area public relations boutique announces a move to accommodate its growth and evolution. Hannah Leibinger joins the agency as account strategist just as Piper & Gold heads to Old Town, Lansing to set up shop.

The agency will take up residence at 313 ½ E. Grand River in Lansing in the historic Comfort Station.

“The Old Town community is a perfect fit for our company culture and philosophy,” said Kate Snyder, Piper & Gold principal strategist and owner. “I’m thrilled for what’s next as the company continues to grow and evolve.”

After two years at Lansing's first business incubator, the Center for New Enterprise Opportunity (NEO Center), the move signifies Piper & Gold’s ‘graduation’ from the entrepreneurship program.

"Without the foundation laid at the NEO Center, we wouldn't be able to make this exciting next step," says Snyder. "Having support is so critical to small business owners, and the NEO Center provided us that network. Now we look forward to being a part of the supportive Old Town community."

In addition to the new office, Piper & Gold has brought on a new team member and capabilities in Leibinger.

Leibinger was previously the communications assistant at Capital Area Michigan Works! She joins the Piper & Gold team after recently graduating from Michigan State University, where she obtained a bachelor's of degree in communications and a specialization in public relations. She also served on the executive board of the Hubbell Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America at MSU. Leibinger was director of the chapter's Bateman Case Study Competition team, a premier national case study competition for public relations students at which the team received a national honorable mention for their entry.

“Hannah’s a great asset for our team and will allow us to bring more project management and tactical support to our clients,” says Snyder.

With an emphasis on nonpartisan government organizations, nonprofits, associations and small business, Piper & Gold focuses on traditional public relations with a digital twist. The agency assists clients with communications strategy and planning, media relations, social media and serving as an extension of its clients' teams.
