Inc. Magazine honors Edge Partnerships as
top growing private company in U.S.
LANSING, Mich. – Edge Partnerships will receive an award as a fastest-growing private company in America from Inc. magazine Oct. 17 in Phoenix, Ariz., at the 33rd Annual Inc. 500/5000 Black-Tie Gala & Awards Ceremony.
Edge, owned by Lorri Rishar, MBA, and A ngela Witwer, is a full-service public relations, marketing, advertising, branding and advocacy agency based in downtown Lansing. Edge earned the position of 1,491 out of 5,000 companies receiving the honor.
To become eligible for the Top 5,000 award, Edge had to generate at least $100,000 in revenue during 2010, generate $2 million in 2013 and be a privately held company.
Edge’s previous recognitions include Entrepreneurs of the Year, Athena International’s Organizational Leadership Award and Michigan Top 50 Companies to Watch. Rishar also was honored as the Public Relations Society of America’s Central Michigan Chapter’s PACE Maker of the Year.
With the Inc. recognition, Edge joins the ranks of companies such as Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft and Jamba Juice. During the awards ceremony and conference, Edge will receive the award and meet with over 1,000 successful entrepreneurs who are at the top of their game and feuling the American economy.
