LANSING, March 21, 2015 – Child and Family Charities announced today that Jim Paparella is leaving his position as Executive Director of Child and Family Charities (CFC) in Lansing and will become President/CEO of D.A. Blodgett – St. John’s in Grand Rapids starting in May of this year. Both nonprofit agencies provide a wide range of community based services to vulnerable populations.

“My eighteen-year tenure is filled with great accomplishments and memories that will leave me forever humbled and grateful,” Paparella said. “It has been a privilege to work with an amazing team of talented staff, caregivers, board members, and volunteers. Child and Family Charities has become and will continue to be one of the premier human service agencies in Michigan.”

Sherry Campbell, President, CFC Board of Directors and Franchise Marketing Consultant at Two Men and a Truck International said, “Jim will be tremendously missed. His leadership has guided the agency through strategic mergers, quality improvements, funding sustainability, and ultimately better outcomes for children and families. Our search for a new Executive Director will begin immediately.”
