Center for Business Innovation Announces New Developments to Managed IT Services

Lansing, Mich.Center for Business Innovation (CBI), a Michigan technology service provider, is pleased to announce new developments to their managed IT services. CBI has partnered with All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA and a nationally recognized managed IT services and cloud hosting provider, to launch their new model of managed IT services. This new model provides CBI’s customers with access to more resources, a wider variety of technology brands and a new level of engineering expertise.

“We look forward to our partnership with Center for Business Innovation,” said Drew Cataldo, Vice President Dealer Sales for All Covered. “As one of the nation's leading IT services companies, we work with our partners to deliver great technology solutions and tremendous value to firms and organizations of all sizes.”

CBI’s relationship with All Covered is unique in that CBI functions as the primary point of contact, while the back-end infrastructure and technical support issues are resolved by All Covered’s certified engineers in their U.S. based Network Operations Center (NOC) and Remote Support Center (RSC). All Covered offers a three-tiered escalation help desk with 24/7 live-answer support available. This is an improvement to CBI’s legacy model.

“Partnering with All Covered enables us to provide our customers with more extensive technical support, resources and access to more products and manufacturers,” said CBI President, Gary Rainsberger. “We’re confident that our customers’ networks will be faster, more reliable and more secure than ever.”

CBI sought out All Covered, not only for their phenomenal support centers, but also for their world-class SSAE-16 / SAS 70 type II compliant data centers. Rainsberger explains that over the last several years, compliance standards have become stricter for organizations. Partnering with All Covered allows CBI to provide organizations with robust cloud solutions housed in compliant tier-4 data centers.

“SMBs are being forced to meet various compliance standards, and with All Covered’s data centers, we are able to provide our customers with a solution to meet those compliance needs,” said Rainsberger. “We’re excited about these new developments to our managed IT service offerings and look forward to our growing partnership with All Covered.”
