DAVID BEHEN TO SPEAK ABOUT MICHIGAN’S TECHNOLOGICAL CLIMATE

This event is part of Davenport University’s Technology Week

 

LANSING, Mich., May 12, 2015 – Davenport University’s Lansing Campus will host an evening with David Behen, Michigan’s Chief Information Officer and Director of the Department of Technology, Management & Budget, on May 19, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.  At the event, which is open to the public, Behen will speak about the current and future technological climate in Michigan.

Behen also will participate in a panel discussion on the benefits of achieving a college degree in the technological field and employment opportunities. The panel will include Aphrodite Jones, Associate Dean of the College of Technology at Davenport University; Eduardo Suniga, Interim Dean for Program Quality Management at Lansing Community College; and Alan Wright, Deputy IT Director for Michigan State Senate. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
