McLaren Greater Lansing Names Vice President of Marketing,
Planning and Public Relations
LANSING, Mich. — McLaren Greater Lansing today announced that Brian Brown has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Marketing, Planning and Public Relations at McLaren Greater Lansing. Brown is responsible for the hospital’s marketing strategies, internal and external communications, planning efforts, as well as the physician liaison, recruitment and retention programs.
Brown, an East Lansing resident and native of Chicago, joined McLaren Greater Lansing in September of 2010 as Director of Planning and Marketing. Prior to joining McLaren, Brown spent 10 years in several multi-client agencies that specialize in issues management, advocacy, crisis communications and media relations across both the private and public sectors.
Brown holds a bachelor's degree in communication from Michigan State University. He and his wife, Anne, have one son named Samuel.
