CASE Credit Union Raises Over $7,500 for Give-A-Kid Projects!

Lansing, MI 9/30/2015 – CASE Credit Union employees, led by the Community Activity Team, raised $7,878.35 for Give-A-Kid Projects of Holt, MI. CASE Credit Union’s Learning and Development Manager, Sarah Velez, presented the check to Dave Kelley and Lana Smith, Treasurer and Trustee from Give-A-Kid Projects, during the Credit Union’s September all-staff meeting.
“CASE Credit Union is committed to improving the well-being of the community and giving back to those in need,” stated Jeffrey Benson, President/CEO. “As a local financial institution, we take great pride in assisting local organizations who also strive to make the tri-county area in Greater Lansing a better place.”
Give-A-Kid Projects is a non-profit organization that assists disadvantaged families in Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties. There are four programs; Give-A-Kid a Backpack, Give-A-Kid a Coat, Give-A-Kid a Christmas, and Give-A-Kid 360. These projects provide families in need with the necessities to have a better life.
