LANSING, Mich. – Beer lovers and foodies unite, Lansing Brewing Company’s new chef is bringing unique flavoring to mid-Michigan.
Christopher Carrington leads Lansing Brewing Company as the head chef when the brewing company reopens in October after 100 years. He will oversee all kitchen operations, including a new mouthwatering menu.
Most recently, Carrington served as the head chef at Grizzly Peak Brewing Company. His career has given him experience in all facets of restaurant/bar management and operations, line cooking and head chef work.
“Lansing Brewing Company is excited to have an experienced chef in our kitchen,” said Sam Short, Lansing Brewing Company consultant. “He is the perfect person to bring a new distinctive taste to the Lansing area.”
Located in the heart of the Stadium District at 518 E. Shiawassee St., Lansing Brewing Company will initially brew up to 10 craft beers, four spirits and four custom-blended wines. The 7,000-square-foot brewery also will house a restaurant, featuring classic American comfort food and a full production facility.
