Celebrates 50 Years of Real Estate Service

This year a milestone was achieved for Robert Hubbell, as he celebrated his 50th anniversary as a Real Estate Broker in Greater Lansing.
A champagne breakfast celebration was held at the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors, in which Mayor Virg Bernero proclaimed December 15, 2015 as the Robert E Hubbell day.
Bob also received a proclamation of success from Governor Rick Synder, personalized autographed basketball from Tom Izzo, football from Mark Dantonio, and a living Sugar Tree to be planted at the Country Club of Lansing.
Living up to the Realtor name is the cornerstone of Bob’s real estate profession. Bob based his practice on three primary values – integrity, ethics and professionalism. These three elements, together with his desire to make a dream come true, the American dream of property ownership is what continued is passion for success.
Bob started his real estate career in 1965 with the Walter Neller Company, established Hubbell Realty in 1969 joined Century 21 in 1977, Prudential in 1991, Coldwell Banker in 2000, and merged with BriarWood Realty in 2008. Now, with over 200+ sales associates and 6 offices, development an excess of 20 new home neighborhoods and condominiums, and sales volume of over $550 Million in 2014, Bob’s business philosophy; “Build strong relationships with our sales associates, management team, and support staff so that we may provide services which justifies our client’s faith in us,” has earned him the most successful Realtor Broker status in the Greater Lansing market.
