Foster Swift Elects Five New Shareholders

The law firm of Foster Swift Collins & Smith, P.C. is pleased to announce Karl Butterer, Lisa Hamameh, Ray Littleton, Mindi Johnson and Archana Rajendra as the newly elected shareholders of the firm.
Karl Butterer, of the Grand Rapids office, is an established litigator who concentrates his practice in the areas of employment, torts, civil rights, contract disputes and commercial litigation. Butterer is a graduate of Indiana University School of Law. He is an AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and served on the State Bar Representative Assembly for the 17th Circuit and has dedicated his time to serving the city of Grand Rapids.
Lisa Hamameh is a municipal litigation attorney in the Farmington Hills office who practices in the following areas: municipal, zoning and land use, and liquor licensing law. Hamameh earned her law degree at Wayne State University Law School. She has been selected as a dBusiness Top Lawyer, Best Lawyers in America® 2016 and was also chosen for "Women in the Law" by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. Hamameh serves on three sections and two committees of the State Bar of Michigan, in addition to numerous, associations and community service organizations.
Mindi Johnson, of the Grand Rapids office, focuses her practice on employee benefits law, health care reform and health care law and chairs the firm's Employee Benefits practice group. Johnson is a member of both the Tax Section and Health Care Law Section for the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association, and has written and spoken extensively on health care and employee benefits related matters. She is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law.
Ray Littleton is a litigation attorney in the Farmington Hills office and a graduate of Marquette University Law School. He specializes in three areas: insurance litigation and claim disputes, employment and management disputes, and business and contract disputes. Littleton is a member of both the State Bar of Michigan, where he serves on the Representative Assembly, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
