Everyone who makes purchases for businesses and organizations likes to keep things local. If you have questions about our local businesses, the Mason Area Business-to-Business Expo will provide you with some answers.

The Expo with a “March Madness” theme will be held on Thursday evening, March 10 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ingham County Fairgrounds Community Building, 700 E. Ash Street, on the east side of Mason. Admission is free to everyone connected in any way with a business or organization that is in the Mason area or has the Mason area as a target market.

For the seventh year, the Chamber has provided local people with a local venue for talking with other local people who are in the business of selling products and services to their fellow businesses and organizations. This year, the event is also co-hosted by the Williamston Area Chamber, the Leslie Area Chamber, the Lansing Regional Chamber, the Holt Business Alliance, the Michigan Retailers Association, and the Meridian Area Business Association. Information on membership in the Mason Area Chamber or in any of the co-hosting groups will be available at the Expo.

Business-to-business oriented displays will be featured from signature sponsor Dart Container Corporation and from event sponsors Andrews Automotive, Doberman Technologies, Ingham County Fairgrounds, Paper Image Printing, ServiceMaster, and Signarama. Participating sponsors are Mark Voss Agency – Farm Bureau Insurance, UnoDeuce Multimedia, Printer Source Plus, The Flashes, WILX-TV 10, Granger, Dart Container, Holiday Inn Express, The Savage Agency – Allstate Insurance, Shumaker Group, Green Acres, BlueGrass Lawn & Landscape, Dart Bank, Independent Bank, and other Chamber members.

Food and beverages are provided free by sponsors throughout the evening. A cash bar will be available for beer and wine. Anyone can stop by after work to check out what’s happening. Attendees can discover what’s new in products and services with their neighboring businesses in the Mason area. For more information, contact the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce at (517) 676-1046.
