Supporting the pioneering work of the Sparrow Children’s Center has never been easier.
Now through April 30, Rite Aid customers can aid the mid-Michigan region’s only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital by purchasing a $1 Miracle Balloon at any of the retailer’s locations in the Lansing area, Jackson, and St. Johns. Buyers will also receive coupon offers with their purchase. Proceeds benefit the Sparrow Children’s Center.
“Partnerships like this help Sparrow in our mission to improve the health of the people in the mid-Michigan region,” said Stella Cash, Sparrow Vice President of Development and Strategic Partnerships. “Every dollar raised ensures our young Patients receive the best possible treatment and care.”
Rite Aid has been supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals since 1994, raising more than $70 million nationally to help purchase medical equipment, fund treatments and services, and provide charitable care for kids.
Sparrow is a leader in caring for children. The first hospital in mid-Michigan to offer a dedicated children’s unit, Sparrow is home to the region’s only full-service pediatric emergency department. As the region’s only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, Sparrow provides the most advanced technology and treatment options in pediatric and neonatal care.
The annual Sparrow Children’s Center Telethon will be held June 3-4 and broadcast live on WILX-TV 10. Remember, providing extraordinary care to our children is a community effort.
Choose Wisely. Choose Sparrow.
