Coldwell Banker Hubbell BriarWood (CBHB), the No. 1 real estate brokerage firm in the Greater Lansing area, is pleased to announce a partnership with fellow Coldwell Banker franchise Weir Manuel, of Bingham Farms.
The combined forces of these two Michigan-based organizations represent 18 offices, 635 REALTORS® and 140 staff members.
Effective immediately, John North, CEO of Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel, has also taken on the CEO title of Coldwell Banker Hubbell BriarWood. CBHB co-founders Robert “Bob” Hubbell and William “Bill” MacLeod will remain active in the organization.
“Weir Manuel’s current footprint in Southeast Michigan and in the Greater Grand Rapids market will be further enhanced with the addition of CBHB in the mid-Michigan area,” said North. “Bob and Bill have built an amazing brokerage with outstanding people by their side. I feel fortunate and very grateful they chose Weir Manuel.”
The agreement also includes Tri-County Title Agency with offices in Lansing and Okemos.
“This relationship is an excellent opportunity that will pave the way for future growth,” said Hubbell. “Bill and I have the utmost respect for John and are excited to experience the synergy we can create with Weir Manuel for the benefit of our clients and agents.”
“Both organizations are part of the Coldwell Banker franchise, and our cultures are very similar,” said MacLeod. “That was an important factor in our decision. We wanted to ensure our high level of integrity was equally matched.”
