Lenz named Cristo Rey Board President

Cristo Rey Community Center has appointed Danielle Lenz as its board president. Lenz formerly served as the development chair on the CRCC board of directors.
Currently, Lenz is the director of public relations and social media at Edge Partnerships. She serves on the Central Michigan Public Relations Society of America as the communications chair.
“Danielle brings the talent and commitment that we need for a stronger Lansing community,” said Executive Director, Joe Garcia. “Having her in this leadership position will reinforce our mission to help those most in need in our community.”
The new board was formed Sept. 21. and consists of Father Fred Thelen, Margaret Beachan John Gardner, Jose Yanez, Richard Prystowsky, Linda Peterson and Rudy Reyes.
Opened in 1968, the Cristo Rey Community Center is a basic-needs service provider with emphasis on access to food, medical care and mental health services.
Lenz and her husband David live in Lansing with their daughter, Charlotte.
