Dr. Pepper Snapple, GreenStone Executives Kick Off 2017 Lansing Economic Club Series

The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC) Lansing Economic Club has a strong roster of speakers planed in 2017 starting with Dr. Pepper Snapple’s (DPS) Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Jim Trebilcock. Jim Trebilcock leads and oversees all areas of commercial brand management and marketing, as well as national account sales, shopper marketing, category management, revenue margin management and integrated business planning.


Trebilcock’s background is in marketing and he has held several leadership positions in brand management. He is a member of the board of directors of the Association of National Advertisers and the Cotton Bowl Classic. He also serves as president of the Dr. Pepper Dallas Cup, one of the world’s most prestigious international youth soccer tournaments.


Trebilcock has been with DPS for nearly three decades and its predecessor companies. He has held several leadership positions in brand management, promotions, marketing research and marketing services.


In March you can expect to hear from Dave Armstrong, President and Chief Executive Officer of GreenStone Farm Credit Services.


Armstrong works directly with the association’s board of directors. He is an experienced executive leader with more than 30 years of experience with Farm Credit Services (FCS) in Michigan.


Armstrong works hard to fulfill the company’s vision and mission. This includes planning, organizing, and insuring proper controls are in place that optimize the utilization of financial, physical, technical, and human resources of FCS.


In 1996, Armstrong was named CEO of East Central Michigan and served until 1999. He served as the executive vice president of customer delivery until being named CEO January 2, 2009.


In April we will be welcoming Molly Fletcher. She is a motivational speaker and former sports agent. She was one of the first female sports agents in the high stakes world of professional sports and is now a successful entrepreneur.


Fletcher was formerly president of client representation for sports and entertainment agency CSE. She was recognized as the “female Jerry Maguire” by CNN as she recruited and represented hundreds of sport’s biggest names, including Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz, PGA Tour golfer Matt Kuchar, broadcaster Erin Andrews, and basketball championship coaches Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers.


Fletcher has also been featured in ESPN, Fast Company, Forbes and Sports Illustrated, and has energized organizations as diverse as AT&T, Bank of America, Michigan State, Georgia Tech, the PGA Tour and Home Depot.
