Elections Matter

As the voice for business in the Greater Lansing region, the Chamber works closely with elected officials at the local, state and federal levels to ensure that they continue to support policies that provide businesses with an environment to grow and thrive. To continue our successful policy efforts, we must elect good, business-minded candidates who embrace the Chamber’s vision and will work with us and our members to move the region forward.

That’s why the Chamber engages in elections through the Lansing Regional Chamber-PAC (LRC-PAC). As the region’s premier business PAC, it is essential that we don’t just talk about driving change, we take action. In the past five years, the LRC-PAC has successfully backed more than 100 candidates that have been elected to local, state and federal offices.

There’s an old Washington D.C. saying that, “if you’re not at the table, you’re on the menu.” The Chamber continues to be at the table thanks to engaged members like you that are committed and invested. Continue to stay connected with us – make a contribution to the LRC-PAC today at

Building Relationships

To continue the momentum in our region, the Chamber has worked relentlessly to build relationships with our elected officials – to ensure our members stay connected and informed regarding issues that impact their businesses and bottom line. For more than 30 years, LRCC has led monthly roundtable meetings in Delta Township and launched the East Lansing Business Roundtable in 2017.

Hosting roundtable meetings is part of continuing effort to bring together business leaders and elected officials – to ensure your business has a seat at the table. Together, our business community and local elected officials can shape the future of our region and leave a lasting impact on our regional prosperity.

Stay tuned. The Chamber is working on putting together a Meridian Township Business Roundtable.
