ASK and AOS Form Partnership for Managed IT Services and Managed Print Solutions, Offering Businesses a Comprehensive Technology Solution

Mike Maddox, president and CEO of Application Specialist Kompany (ASK), announced today a formal partnership with American Office Solutions (AOS). The partnership will allow ASK’s clients to have access to a complete suite of Managed Print Solutions offered by AOS. Likewise, AOS’s clients will be able to leverage ASK’s Managed IT Services, Backup and Rapid Recovery services, and Enhanced Security Services.

The partnership brings a new level of technology service offerings and enhancements to both ASK and AOS clients. Together, ASK and AOS will provide businesses with technology planning and strategic reviews. Businesses will have access to two technology service providers focused on providing cutting edge technology solutions designed for business growth.

“Print, Print Management and Multi-Function Devices are very technology centric and therefore it only makes sense that the two worlds collide,” says Mike Maddox, president and CEO of ASK. “We live and breathe the world of technology and security – that’s our specialty. But we have clients that need an expert to help manage their print operations, and AOS fills that gap for us. We are excited to partner with AOS to be able to offer our clients managed print solutions.”

AOS’s Managed Print Solutions experts will work directly with ASK’s technology and security teams to create a thorough technology solution. ASK’s technology and security services will also be available to AOS’s clients. While each company will remain a separate corporate entity, a strong working relationship between the two will provide an elevated customer experience.

“Since our Managed Print Solutions are tightly integrated into a business’ network, it’s beneficial for us and our clients to have direct access to a technology provider like ASK,” says Brad McEldowney, president of AOS. “ASK has the resources and talent to provide a Managed IT Services and security solutions that we think bring great value to our clients. We can’t think of a better company more suitable for us to partner with in this new venture.”
