2015 Election – Update
This fall the cities of Lansing and East Lansing will hold City Council elections that will have significant impact on economic development, prosperity, and job creation in our regions urban core. The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting pro-growth, pro-business candidates that collectively will work to advance a regional agenda providing economic growth.
The LRC-PAC has distributed candidate questionnaires and will be conducting candidate interviews in August. If you would like to learn how you can be more involved in supporting the regions only business PAC and ensuring the future direction of our region please click here.
In Lansing, there are eight (8) candidates running for four (4) open council seats. Three (3) of those seats have primary elections on Tuesday, August 4th.

In East Lansing, the filing deadline is July 21st. There are three seats up for consideration this fall. The only incumbent is East Lansing Mayor Nathan Triplett. As of now, the candidates below have filed with the city clerk’s office.
