International moving company keeps up with growth trend, hires six new employees

Lansing, Mich., January 22, 2014TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® International, Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of six new employees at its corporate headquarters in Lansing, Mich. These employees represent several areas of the business and will support more than 260 U.S. locations.

Caleb Williams, of Grand Rapids, was recently named lead generation manager, a new position for the company. As lead generation manager, Williams will oversee all online lead generation tasks including working with the company’s lead generation vendors and building a marketing automation program. He joins TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® from Bethany Christian Services where he was director of Internet marketing and has 11 years of experience in web development and digital marketing.

James McCoy is the new sales support consultant at home office. McCoy will handle sales training and development, customer support personnel, sales performance analysis, and sales growth improvement for the entire TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system. Prior to joining the company, he was customer service manager at Pratt and Whitney Autoair. McCoy received his Bachelor’s degree in general studies from Oakland University and his S/B Master’s degree of science in administration from Central Michigan University. He resides in St. Johns.

Nicholas Popoff, of Eaton Rapids, is the new training and development specialist. In his new role he will assist new franchises with hiring and training initial staff and remain in contact with those franchises throughout their infancy. Popoff joined home office from the Lansing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise where he was a driver/trainer and from the Professional/Education Services Group where he worked as a substitute teacher.

Megan Ledger is the new after hours customer response representative at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® International, Inc. She is responsible for responding to customer emails after normal business hours and managing those reports. Ledger came from the Village at Chandler Crossings where she handled data entry and background checks. She currently resides in Lansing.

Joshua Gibson, of St. Johns, was recently hired as after hours customer response representative. In his position Gibson will act as a liaison between TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® International, Inc. and the customer after regular business hours and relay information between customers and franchises. He joins the company from Franklin Energy where he performed energy upgrades as a contractor for Consumer’s Energy. Gibson has been in the customer service field for five years.

Lauren Ulrich is now after hours customer response representative at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® International, Inc. She handles all customer inquiries with rapid response after normal business hours. She comes from the Michigan Department of Corrections where she was a parole board technician. Ulrich holds a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in criminal justice. She resides in Lansing.
