CATA relocates major boarding area in South Lansing 

Lansing —As store renovations continue at the South Lansing Meijer, located at 6200 S. Pennsylvania, CATA will move its boarding station from the east side of the property to the west, near Cedar Street. The transition will begin Friday, Mar. 28 with the removal of bus shelters and benches. Bus service to the current boarding area will continue through the weekend. The shift to the new boarding site will officially commence with the start of service on Monday, Mar. 31.

The new boarding station will be served by the same CATA services, which include Routes 5, 8, 9 and 46, Mason Connector, Delhi Redi-Ride, Spec-Tran and CATA Rural Services.

In order to more efficiently access the new boarding area, the manner in which the four fixed-routes travel to and from Meijer will change slightly. Individual route maps illustrating the changes are available at
