Attorney Mark E. Kellogg Elected to Highfields Board of Directors

Lansing, MI – Fraser Trebilcock Attorney Mark E. Kellogg, of DeWitt, was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Highfields, Inc.

Highfields is a non-profit organization that works to provide support services to thousands of at-risk children, parents and organizations throughout Michigan. Mr. Kellogg's election to the board continues a long legacy of attorneys from Fraser Trebilcock who have served on the Highfields board.

Mr. Kellogg has been actively involved in the Lansing area and surrounding communities, and has devoted his 27 years of practice to the needs of family- and closely-held businesses and enterprises, and estate and business succession planning. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Attorneys for Family-Held Enterprises (AFHE), where he also serves on the membership committee. He also is a member of the international Family Firm Institute and serves as the President of the Michigan Chapter of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, among other professional leadership positions.
