On Monday, June 13, Highfields hosted their 36th Annual Golf Outing at Forest Akers West and carried on the tradition of a live auction to support a need within the organization. Thanks to the support of generous donors, the “Dressed for Success” auction raised $3,500 for professional outfits for Highfields’ students. Each student will graduate with a professional outfit to start the next chapter in their lives; whether that is a job interview or further education.

CEO/President of Highfields, Brian Philson, is appreciative of the donors and supporters who believed in the cause.

“It is exciting to see individuals support our cause with such passion and dedication,” said Philson. “We could not change lives without their help.”

Highfields is a nonprofit human services organization which provides home-based counseling, residential care, and experiential education and support programs for children, youth, and families in 10 mid-Michigan counties. For more information, please visit
