The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC) has announced the promotion of several key executives as a result of a new organizational structure to better serve the needs of LRCC membership and the region. Executive promotions include:

Michelle Rahl has been named vice president of membership and marketing. In her expanded role, Michelle will lead the Chamber’s sales and marketing teams.

Marcy Rzepka and Daniel Rials have been promoted to the position of senior member relations managers where they will provide strategic sales solutions in new business development, business retention and non-dues revenue.

Mandy Schmitz has been named director of administrative operations where she will lead and provide support to the Chamber’s administrative, finance, technology and operational needs.

“As we evaluated our organization’s ability to meet the evolving needs of our members and execute our role as leaders in the region, it became clear we needed to reorganize our daily operations in a way that allows our team to best meet those changing needs and responsibilities,” said Tim Daman, president & CEO, LRCC. “I believe this reorganization best positions all of these outstanding leaders for even more success in the future.”

In her years at the LRCC, Rahl has led the Chamber’s membership, marketing and event departments. In recognition of how closely linked the goals and initiatives of the sales and marketing teams, the LRCC reorganization will give her joint oversight responsibilities in both areas.

“So much of what we do in membership involves listening, learning and promoting the efforts of our members and the business community,” said Rahl. “For more than 10 years, I have been passionate about our mission and am privileged to work alongside a team of outstanding professionals who share that passion and desire to help our members connect, grow, and thrive.”
