Offered in partnership with ATHENA Women’s Interest Network (WIN), this program is designed to equip emerging women leaders with foundational leadership skills and the confidence to grow in their careers. This structured leadershipdevelopment program is enhanced by mentorship, pairing participants with experienced women leaders who provide ongoing guidance, support, and real-world insight that complement the program's core curriculum and strengthen career growth. This program is led by Gina Lisenby, founder of Revelation Road, a coaching and transformational learning company rooted in the belief that everyone is on a journey and every journey matters.
