Business Community Backs Proven Prosecutor with Deep Regional Roots and Strong Record on
Economic Crime

LANSING, MI – The Lansing Regional Chamber–Political Action Committee (LRC-PAC), the political arm of the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, today announced its endorsement of Doug Lloyd for Michigan Attorney General.

Doug Lloyd has served as Eaton County Prosecutor for nearly three decades, building a record of accountability, regional collaboration, and practical solutions to the challenges facing businesses, communities, and law enforcement across Michigan. The LRC-PAC has previously supported Lloyd during his campaigns for Eaton County Prosecutor and is proud to extend that support to his statewide campaign.

As a longtime participant in the LRCC’s Delta Township Eaton County Business Roundtable, Lloyd has consistently engaged with employers, local officials, and community stakeholders on issues impacting public safety, economic stability, and quality of life. His leadership in developing and expanding the Economic Crime Unit—originally established in Eaton County and later expanded into Ingham and Clinton counties—has provided businesses and residents with stronger protections against fraud, financial crimes, and economic theft.

LRC-PAC is the political action committee of the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, representing over 1,000 businesses in the tri-county region. The objective of LRC-PAC is to endorse candidates that support a favorable business climate throughout the region. No membership dues are used for any political efforts.
