LRCC's Strategic Plan: 2025 & Beyond
A clear vision for the future is essential to building a thriving business community. In 2025, the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC) introduced a refreshed strategic plan—serving as a roadmap to empower businesses, influence policy, and strengthen regional collaboration across the Lansing region.
Now in 2026, this strategic plan continues to guide our work, ensuring we remain responsive to evolving challenges and opportunities facing our business community. Built on the foundation established in 2018 and shaped by input from 74 business and community leaders, the plan reflects a shared vision for sustainable growth and long-term impact.
