The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Inclusive Leadership Series is a transformative leadership development experience designed to help professionals strengthen workplace culture, enhance communication and emotional intelligence, improve team effectiveness, and lead successfully across diverse perspectives and experiences. Through guided discussion, practical application, and peer collaboration, participants will gain the tools to lead with greater self-awareness, authenticity, and impact while creating workplaces where employees and teams feel valued, empowered, and positioned to thrive.
This program is designed for emerging and established leaders who want to strengthen workplace culture, enhance communication and emotional intelligence, improve team effectiveness, and lead successfully across diverse perspectives and experiences. Ideal participants include mid-level and senior managers, business owners and entrepreneurs, human resource professionals, team supervisors, department leaders, and individuals responsible for employee engagement, organizational culture, and team development. Whether leading a small team or an entire organization, participants will gain practical strategies to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and impact.

The Inclusive Leadership Series is a six-session leadership cohort designed to help professionals strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve workplace culture, and build high-performing teams. Centered around the L.E.A.D. framework — Lead, Engage, Align, and Deliver — the program provides participants with practical strategies to lead with greater self-awareness, authenticity, and accountability. Through guided discussion, peer collaboration, and hands-on learning, participants will explore how communication, trust, emotional intelligence, and inclusive leadership practices contribute to stronger organizational performance and healthier workplace cultures.

About Dr. Tonya C. Bailey
The program is facilitated by Dr. Tonya Bailey, an accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of experience across higher education and corporate sectors. Dr. Bailey is recognized for leading transformative leadership initiatives, developing award-winning diversity and inclusion strategies, and helping organizations strengthen culture, engagement, and performance.
As CEO of TCB Consulting LLC, Dr. Bailey works with organizations to develop leaders from the inside out through executive coaching, culture transformation, and professional development. Her leadership philosophy centers on helping individuals and organizations lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Tuition for the Inclusive Leadership Program is $2,200 per participant
