Business Roundtables

For more than 30 years, we have led monthly roundtable meetings for business, community and government leaders to share what is going on in our community and collaborate on ways to advance our region. Together, our business community and local elected officials can shape the future of our region and leave a lasting impact on our regional prosperity.

Chamber 360

The Chamber 360 program is a free event designed for prospective, new and long-time Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce members to network, learn about the Chamber, participate in a roundtable discussion and share tools and resources.

Community Tours

Join us at businesses throughout the region for professional networking and opportunities for behind-the-scenes tours.

Executive Welcome

This event welcomes new executive level professionals to the Mid-Michigan area. Participants are able to introduce themselves and their businesses to local decision makers, as well as share highlights of economic investment, community involvement and more.

Lansing Economic Club

The Lansing Economic Club luncheons feature local, national and world-renowned speakers who cover a variety of business-related topics, such as leadership, innovation and industry trends. The monthly events serve as an excellent opportunity to network with more than 450 regional community, business and education leaders.

Member Mixers

Averaging 100+ attendees, Member Mixers occur on the second Tuesday of every month and provide an opportunity to gather and network, meet other members and business professionals and get a glimpse of a local business.

ATHENA WIN Girls' Night Out Series

Girls' Night Out (GNO) events are fun events that offer an experience or activity, as well as networking. Most events are free for ATHENA WIN members or may have a small fee associated with them.  Past GNO events have included holiday entertaining classes, shopping events and more.

Business Education Series

The Business Education Series is a comprehensive program designed to provide local businesses with the tools and resources needed to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. The series includes a range of educational sessions and workshops, covering topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, and effective communication, with the aim of helping organizations build more inclusive and welcoming work environments.

Leadership Lansing

Leadership Lansing is a talent initiative that runs annually from October through May and is designed to develop a new generation of community leaders in the Lansing region. Upon completing the program, participants will have a greater understanding of how essential community institutions contribute to the region's overall quality of life.

ATHENA WIN Professional Growth & Development

Professional Growth & Development (PGD) events are training and events focused on career growth and expanding knowledge for professional women. PGD events are free for ATHENA WIN Members and traditionally held during work hours. Past event topics include personal branding, dealing with change, setting direction for your team and more.

DEI Executive Roundtable

The DEI Executive Roundtable offers an intimate setting for CEO's, senior-level business leaders and small business owners to confidentiality discuss, share advice, learn best practices, discuss equity tools and approaches in strengthening DEI within their organizations.

Fiscal Economic Outlook

The outlook will provide a view of the next year’s economic outlook on income and employment for the region along with the revenue outlook for local governments.

First Friday Public Affairs Call Update

Join us every First Friday of the month for an insightful briefing on policy and political developments impacting the business community.

Policy & Regulatory Series

The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce Policy and Regulatory Education Series provides members with opportunities to hear from experts on specific policy and regulatory issues that may impact businesses at the federal, state or local level of government. These educational programs are held throughout the year.

Policy Forum

Enjoy an evening of networking and policy discussion with local, state and federal lawmakers. The Policy Forum is held in the spring and unites business leaders, lawmakers, decision-makers, and chamber officials from across the state and nation.
