Lansing, MI. — June 4, 2025 — The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC) and ATHENA Women’s Interest Network (WIN) are excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2025–2026 cohorts of three premier leadership development programs: Leadership Lansing, the Inclusive Leadership Program, and ATHENA WIN’s Aspiring Leaders Mentorship Program. Each program offers a unique, high-impact experience designed to empower current and emerging leaders across the region.

These initiatives reflect LRCC and ATHENA WIN’s shared commitment to developing inclusive, connected, and purpose-driven leaders equipped to create lasting change in their organizations and communities.

Leadership Lansing

Now entering its 11th cohort, Leadership Lansing provides emerging leaders with in-depth insight into the region’s economic, political, and civic landscape. Through behind-the-scenes tours, interactive sessions, and exclusive networking opportunities, participants grow their leadership capacity while building meaningful relationships across sectors.

Inclusive Leadership Program

Facilitated by Dr. Tonya C. Bailey, this nine-month, cohort-based program is designed to cultivate professionals who value equity, foster belonging, and lead with innovation. Participants will explore personal leadership strengths, engage with expert thought leaders, and join a diverse community of peers committed to advancing inclusion across the Capital Region.

Aspiring Leaders Mentorship Program (ATHENA WIN)

Now in its second year, ATHENA WIN’s Aspiring Leaders program is a seven-month mentorship experience that pairs early-career women with established leaders for structured guidance, connection, and professional growth. Led by a professional facilitator, the program supports women in developing confidence, expanding networks, and stepping into their leadership potential.
