Executive Connections

Executive Connections is a group for executive women who meet monthly to connect with and support one another toward growth and development in their executive roles.  Our Executive Connections program has grown to be so successful, we are now rolling out two different programs - Executive Connections 1.0 and Executive Connections 2.0.

Executive Connections 1.0 provides a means for women holding leadership roles in their organizations to advance their leadership skills through knowledge, networking and peer support. This ten-month program will focus on the book, Becoming ATHENA: Eight Principles of Enlightened Leadership, by Martha Mayhood Mertz. A professional facilitator will lead participants through in-depth discussions of each principle in small groups in a monthly two-hour meeting. The group is limited to 15 people and is intended for those who have not participated Executive Connections previously. Executive

Executive Connections 2.0 is the sequel program for those who have completed Executive Connections 1.0. This group follows a similar structure, meeting monthly in small, confidential groups and assumes that all attendees are familiar with Becoming ATHENA. Discussions are facilitated with a wider ranger of learning opportunities including diving further into leadership styles and models. One monthly meeting will be replaced by a full-day field trip with the goal of learning from women executives by visiting and touring their companies while hearing about their work and their journey.
